What is NEX Skincare Moisturiser?
A fragrance-free daily moisturiser using our Nano Encapsulation Matrix™ to
deliver eight actives at optimised molecular sizes and weights to hydrate,
support firmness and visibly even tone for all skin tones and types.
A clinically proven solution for sustained visible improvements from smoother
skin texture, continuous hydration, and reduced hyperpigmentation for visibly
younger-looking skin across all skin tones.

How do I use it?
- AM: Cleanser → Serum/actives → NEX Moisturiser → Broad-spectrum SPF 30+
- PM: Cleanser → Treatment (retinoid/acid optional) → NEX Moisturiser
Use between 1-3 pumps for face/neck (adjust to preference).
When will I see results?
Most people report smoother texture and lasting hydration within 2–4 weeks andmore even tone/firmness by 4–6 weeks with daily use. Results vary by routineand skin.
What are the active ingredients? What do they do?
- Tranexamic Acid, Kojic Acid, Glutathione, Glabridin): help reduce the look of dark spots and uneven tone
- EGCG, Magnolia Bark, Alpha-Bisabolol: calm the look of redness and support antioxidant defence.
- GABA: helps skin feel smoother and look more refined

Will it lighten my natural skin tone?
No. It addresses the appearance of uneven pigmentation and sun damage; it
does not bleach or lighten natural skin tone.
Is it suitable for sensitive or melanin-rich skin?
Yes. It’s suitable for all tones and is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic. The moisturiser is specifically formulated for skin with higher melanin to address
nuances at the root cause, preventing reoccurrence.
Wrinkles & fine lines?
By improving hydration and supporting barrier function, skin feels smoother, firmer
and visibly younger over time.
Hyperpigmentation & sun damage?
Formulated with high-performance ingredients known to visibly reduce the look of dark spots. Daily SPF is essential to maintain results.
Menopause/perimenopause?
Helps replenish moisture and support barrier resilience, commonly reduced by
hormonal shifts.
Will it clog pores or feel oily?
It’s non-comedogenic and balances hydration, suitable even for oily or acne-prone skin.
Any side effects?
Irritation is uncommon. If any tingling or redness persists, stop use and contact us.
Patch-test(recommended for sensitive skin):
Apply a pea-sized amount behind ear or along jawline once daily for 3 days. If no irritation, proceed to full-face use.
Can I use it with retinoids, vitamin C, or acids?
Yes absolutely. Apply NEX after water-based serums and actives. If using strong
exfoliants/retinoids, start on alternate nights and adjust.
Pregnancy/breastfeeding?
Our formula contains no retinoids or hydroquinone. If you’re pregnant or
nursing, consult your healthcare provider for personal guidance.
Is it a sunscreen?
No finish your AM routine with broad-spectrum SPF 30+ after applying NEX.
How long does a bottle last?
20 ml: 2–3 weeks; 50 ml: 4-6 weeks at 1-3 pumps/day.
Storage & shelf life
Store cool, away from sun. PAO: 24M after opening (see jar symbol on pack).
Troubleshooting
My pump isn’t working help!
Airless packaging can form air pockets.
- Hold upside down 5 minutes.
- Tap base firmly 10–15 times.
- Press pump slowly 10–15 times to prime. Still stuck? Email skincareconcierge@nexskincare.com with your order number and a short video; we’ll sort it.

How do returns/refunds work?
- Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Must be unopened and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
- Process: Email skincareconcierge@nexskincare.com with order number and we will arrange a collection directly from you.
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7 days of inspection.
- Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
When will I receive my first delivery?
First delivery: Ships immediately after you subscribe.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Flexible: There is no minimum commitment period; you can cancel at any time from your account login.
Can I pause and cancel at any time?
- Control: You can skip, pause, adjust quantity, or cancel at any time from your account login.
- Cut-off: Changes must be made
48 hours before your next billing date.
Will I get delivery notifications?
Reminders: We email you 3 days before renewal.
