Refund policy

We aim for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from NEX Skincare. If you wish to return a product, it must be unopened and unused, and you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.

Please Ensure:

  • Items are new, unused, unopened, and all original security seals are intact.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will be declined and not refunded.

How to Start a Return (UK & International Orders):

  • Email orders@nexskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

International Orders – Customs & Duties:

  • All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
  • We cannot calculate these charges in advance and are unable to cover them. Any applicable fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid and delivery is refused, the order will not be reimbursed.

Important:

  • Returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until we confirm receipt.
  • Refunds will only be issued after we have received and reviewed the returned items.
  • We recommend using tracked or signed-for postal services and keeping your postage receipt.
  • Once we receive your return, we will notify you within 1–2 business days regarding the processing status of your refund.
