ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 4 to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses in UK. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 11am during store hours [our store is open 24/7] will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 days using Royal Mail. A flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies to orders shipping to United Kingdom. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £3.99 flat rate shipping to United Kingdom. You can get free shipping for orders over £75. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We aim for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from NEX Skincare. However, if you wish to return a purchase, under the condition that the product is unopened and unused, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.

Please ensure:

• Items may ONLY be returned if they are new, unused, unopened and with all original security seals intact.

• Returns failing to meet these criteria will be declined and not refunded.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at skincareconcierge@nexskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
